Nothing everything was great.

The location is very bad, it is isolated and alone, no hotles and live around, no view to the lake at all. no internet in the hotel, booking says that there is internet in the entire hotel but it is not at all. I will never stay there again

Charming hotel with a rich history and beautiful surroundings. Stayed in a spacious and well-decorated room. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast with dairy-free options. Annette, the proprietor, was incredibly hospitable and provided helpful travel tips. a delightful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this countryside hotel. The food was exceptional and just kept coming. The cozy fireplace in the lobby provided warmth and added to the festive atmosphere. The stunning views of the surrounding countryside and nearby lake were breathtaking.

Although the hotel was beautiful, it was a bit of a hassle to get to the nearby town for skiing and other activities. The lack of a shuttle service meant we had to rent a car to get around.

I had the most amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The historic castle atmosphere was truly enchanting, and the large rooms with old-style interiors and modern facilities provided enhanced comfort. The mountain views from the windows were breathtaking, and I loved the wonderfully furnished hall outside the room that I could also use. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great local recommendations. The breakfast was superb, with fresh juices and a variety of warm and fresh breads. the attention to detail and impeccable service made my stay here truly unforgettable.
